We build all our site on the world’s biggest website platform: WordPress

We charge a low monthly fee that goes from R579 p/m to just R179 p/m. view our prices here.

Typically we can build a site in 5-7 days but some sites do take longer. It all depends on the info feed from the client and the complexity of the site.

Pretty fast! We host the website on our LiteSpeed servers. This cost is included in our monthly fees.

We include a set amount of maintenance that you can use to request changes to the website or we can give you access to do changes yourself.

 
 

Yes you can! We setup the blog section for you and grant you access to the blog so you can start blogging away. There are some additional charges for the setup and if you wish for us to post the blogs for you, a fee is also applicable.

 
 

Absolutely! All our themes are mobile responsive and look great on both smartphones and tablets! Before making a website live, we set the views for pc, laptop, tablet and mobile phone. 

 
 

There’s a lot that will determine this. All the websites we’ve built have basic SEO included to help with ranking but it takes a lot of effort from the business owner to rank higher. The fastest way is to place Google ads but there are free ways that can help. Here’s an article that can help.

 
 

Yes, absolutely! We can buy it for you and make sure it’s renewed on time. There’s a small annual renewal fee applicable. 

 
 
 

We included a very basic SEO setup when we built the sites. We insert keywords into the ALT text of the images and set up an SEO plugin and that’s free. But should you require more than that, then we can quote you on that. Please contact us here

 
 
 

Once your website is launched, we register your website on Google’s Search Console and have it indexed. We can also register and index your site on Bing for a small fee.

 
 
 

We can but we have to assess the website first. It depends greatly on the type of website software it was built on. If we can’t we would suggest a total redesign on our system.

Payment & Signup frequently asked questions

We require all clients to pay via our debit order facility. We furnish you with a debit order mandate to fill out and submit back to us. 

Unfortunately we cannot provide our service without a debit order mandate which pulls the payments from your bank account. It is required that you have a bank account to use our services. 

Failure to pay on time will result in your services being suspended immediately and we add a R25.00 debit order failed penalty to the account. If your account is in arrears for 3 months, the website and emails will be permanently deleted from our servers. 

 

Unfortunately not. We only make use of the debit order facility. 

 

Yes you can. Just notify us via email. 

 

Web Design packages frequently asked questions

Because we don't charge a build fee or deposits, we have to ensure that the client is commited for at least the first year so we can make some money off the work we've done and to cover the costs. 

 

If you sign up with our automated payment system, you'll automatically accept and sign the agreement when you complete the checkout. A link will be availble on the checkout page. If you're signing up manually, we'll send the contract to you. 

 

You can do that without penalties. All we require is that you settle the balance of the agreement. Once that's paid, we can release all files to you as well as the domain name. 

 

The service will continue as normal on a month-to-month basis with a 30 days cancelation period. All the benefits still counts and the service continues as normal. 

 

We don't have one! Everything is included in our monthly web design packages

Yes we do. Basic maintenance like updates and security checks are included in the monthly packages.

On all our web design packages (Excl the 2.5GB one) we include a set amount of time per month for you to request small edits to the website once it's gone live. Once that time is used up, we charge per hour. 

 

We can build that in for you at a once-off fee. 

We use the Astra Premium Starter Themes and it's included in the monthly packages. 

We usually only work on the themes we provide as it takes much longer on other themes as each one has a steep learning curve. Should you wish to use your own theme, please contact us. 

Yes we can. We offer free email setups (Limited) with our monthly packages and can set it up remotely via Anydesk.com

We can also do that for you at R50 per device. 

Yes for sure! We can add more at a small fee, or the client can upgrade to the next package. 

No we aren't, but we are available for emergencies. We are available Mon-Fri 08:00 - 16:30. Should you need afterhours assistance, we do charge an after-hours rate for that. It should be noted that our server support is available 24/7. 

Yes our server makes daily backups of the website, emails and databases. 

Our servers are some of the most secure around. We include Immunify360 for free on all our servers. 

That depends on the type of domain. Currently (2025) a ".co.za" domain costs R125.00; "com" costs R299.00. For more domain prices please contact us. 

Hosting & Email only hosting frequently asked questions

Yes. We include a premium WordPress toolkit that will allow you to easily build your own website. This toolkit includes all the plugins and premium themes you need to build your site. 

 

We use Shared Hosting LiteSpeed servers that runs on Linux with cPanel. You can view all our LiteSpeed Hosting features here.

 

We include all the required plugins to build and manage your website. These are all free plugins except for the 3 Astra Theme plugins but we provide the licenses for these 3 plugins as long as you rent the servers from us. 

They are free to our clients and we include our premium licenses for all three plugins when you rent a server from us. Please note that the licenses will be revoked when you cancel your service with us. Once the licenses are revoked, you can still use the plugins as well as the themes but you won’t be able to update them.

Yes! We include server side support free of charge! But for all other support we do charge per hour.

No! You can cancel at any time with a 30 day cancelation period.

Yes absolutely! We do have a small surcharge for migrating your website and emails over.
